1. Ordering, MOQs & Turnaround Times

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? +
We offer flexible low MOQs designed for independent clothing brands, corporate teams, and retail stores:
- Screen Printing, DTG & DTF Printing: Minimum 20 pieces per design.
- Custom Embroidery (Flat, 3D Puff, Chenille): Minimum 20 pieces per design.
- Full Cut & Sew Custom Manufacturing: Minimum 50 pieces per style/colorway.
How fast is your production turnaround time? +
Our standard timelines are broken down by stage:
- Tech Packs & Vector Artwork: 24 - 48 hours.
- Sample Stitch-Out & Prototype Swatch: ~5 - 7 working days.
- Bulk Printing & Embroidery Production: ~10 - 14 working days.
- Full Cut & Sew Bulk Production: ~14 - 18 working days depending on quantity.
How do I place an order or get a quote? +

Can I order a physical sample before starting bulk production? +
Yes, 100%! We strongly recommend pre-production sampling for custom orders. We create physical sample garments or embroidered swatches for your review and physical testing before proceeding with full bulk production.
2. Printing Services (Screen Printing, DTG, DTF & Sublimation)
Technical differences between Plastisol, Water-based screen printing, DTG, DTF transfers, and Sublimation.
What is the difference between Screen Printing, DTG, and DTF Printing? +
Each printing technology serves a specific artwork and fabric need:
- Screen Printing: Best for bulk orders, bold solid vector graphics, spot PMS colors, high vibrancy, and ultra-durable 100+ wash lifespan.
- Direct-to-Garment (DTG): Injects water-based ink directly into 100% cotton fabric. Ideal for ultra-detailed photo prints, soft hand-feel, and unlimited gradients.
- Direct-to-Film (DTF): Prints onto a film transfer applied under heat. Excellent for complex multi-color designs on dark cotton, polyester, nylon, or fleece without color bleeding.
- Sublimation: Fuses dye directly into polyester fibers for 100% full-coverage, breathable, fade-proof sportswear.
Do you offer specialty screen printing inks (Puff, Discharge, Metallic, Vintage)? +
Yes! We specialize in custom effect inks including 3D Raised Puff Screen Print, Ultra-Soft Discharge Ink (zero hand-feel on dark cotton), Metallic Gold/Silver Shimmer, High-Density Gel, and Vintage Crackle Ink.
Will printed graphics crack or fade after washing? +
No! All our prints undergo heat-curing tunnel processing and strict wash testing. When washed according to care instructions (inside out in cold water), our prints maintain vibrant color and soft hand-feel through 100+ wash cycles.
3. Custom Embroidery (Flat, 3D Puff, Chenille & Appliqué)
Understanding 2D Flat Stitching, 3D Foam Puff, Chenille Towel Patches, and Appliqué Twill.
What are the 4 main embroidery techniques you offer? +
We operate commercial multi-head Tajima embroidery machinery capable of 4 specialized techniques:
- 2D / Flat Embroidery: Direct satin stitching into fabric. Ideal for left-chest logos, polos, sleeve logos, and caps.
- 3D Puff Embroidery: Uses underlying EVA foam to raise stitches up to 3mm-6mm off caps and beanies for a bold 3D pop.
- Chenille / Towel Embroidery: Soft, fuzzy yarn loops that create vintage letterman jacket patches.
- Appliqué Embroidery: Attaches laser-cut twill fabric shapes with perimeter satin stitching. Perfect for large chest lettering on heavy hoodies.
What is embroidery digitizing and DST files? +
Digitizing converts your graphic artwork into a computerized machine file (.DST) that specifies needle paths, stitch angles, thread cuts, and stitch density. We provide expert digitizing with every embroidery order to prevent fabric puckering and thread breaks.
Can small text be embroidered legibly? +
For clean readability, the minimum recommended text height for embroidery is 5mm (0.2 inches). For ultra-small fine text, 2D Flat embroidery or high-density printing is recommended.
4. Cut & Sew Customization, Fabrics & Dyeing
Custom fabric GSM weights, Pantone PMS lab-dip dyeing, custom garment fits, and paneling.
What makes Cut & Sew different from buying off-the-shelf blanks? +
With ready-made blanks, you are restricted to standard colors, fixed fabric weights, and catalog sizes. Full Cut & Sew customization gives you complete creative freedom to engineer custom fabric GSM weights (300-500+ GSM Heavyweight), dye custom Pantone PMS colors, draft bespoke pattern silhouettes (Boxy, Oversized Streetwear), and add custom branded hardware.
What fabric weights (GSM) and materials do you stock or knit? +
We source and knit a complete range of luxury apparel fabrics:
- Heavyweight Hoodies & Sweatpants: 420 - 500 GSM 100% Cotton French Terry & Brushed Fleece.
- Streetwear T-Shirts: 240 - 300 GSM Heavyweight Combed Cotton Jersey.

Can you match my exact brand Pantone (PMS) color? +
Yes! We create custom fabric lab dips matched to Pantone Solid Coated or Pantone Cotton TCX color codes, ensuring 100% exact color consistency across your entire clothing line.
Can I provide my own custom size measurement charts? +
Absolutely! Our pattern makers will draft digital CAD patterns directly from your measurement size spec charts or physical reference garments.
5. Apparel Tech Packs, Vector Artwork & Packaging
Technical flats, BOM specs, vector file requirements, woven neck labels, and retail tags.
What is a Tech Pack and why is it necessary for factory production? +
A Tech Pack (Technical Package) is a detailed blueprint for garment manufacturing. It contains 2D vector CAD flats, Point of Measurement (POM) size grading, Bill of Materials (BOM), stitch callouts, and Pantone color specs. Having a complete tech pack eliminates factory miscommunications, reduces sampling revisions by 75%, and ensures perfect fitting.
What artwork file formats should I submit? +
We accept Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Scalable Vector (.SVG), Vector PDF, EPS, or high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI minimum). If you only have a rough hand sketch or low-res image, our graphic design team can convert it into scalable vector artwork.
Do you supply custom woven labels, care tags, and polybags? +
Yes! We provide complete turn-key retail finishing including custom damask woven neck labels, tagless screen-printed neck tags, wash care labels, custom cardstock hangtags, custom printed frosted polybags, and barcode sticker specs.
6. Quality Inspection (AQL), Payment & Global Express Shipping

How do you ensure factory quality control (AQL)? +
Every garment manufactured by JERSIZ undergoes multi-stage Quality Inspection following Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) 2.5 standards:
- Raw fabric GSM & shrinkage testing.
- Continuous thread tension & seam strength monitoring.
- 100% hand trimming of jump stitches and steaming.
- Dimension measurement tolerance checking against Tech Pack specs before packing.
Do you ship internationally? How long does shipping take? +
Yes, we ship globally door-to-door! We partner with express international couriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Express air shipping typically takes 3 to 6 business days worldwide with full online tracking.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Wire Transfer (T/T), and secure online invoice payments. Standard order terms are 50% deposit upon sample approval and 50% balance before final dispatch.
