We start by checking fabrics and trims for GSM, color consistency, hand‑feel, and visible defects. For each order, we confirm that the fabric matches the agreed composition and weight—whether it’s heavyweight fleece for hoodies or performance polyester for sportswear.
Our team reviews your tech pack or approved sample in detail: measurements, print/embroidery placements, label artwork, and packaging instructions. Any unclear points are flagged and confirmed with you before production starts.
Only after these checks are complete do we release the order for cutting. This reduces the risk of wrong fabrics, missing details, or misaligned branding, and saves time later in the process.
